Clarke gone, England has a huge chance now to fight for win.
A test of character coming up, so far the Haddin and friends have bashed away any advantage England got.

Victorians crap on that Hodge was dudded by the selectors and crap on about being dropped after the double ton but convienently forget the two Tests in Melbourne and Sydney where he was bog average.

Pretty sure he was only in the side due to injury.

Probably would have played a lot more Tests if he was playing today but he's not the only bloke in the that group of players.

In 2005 we could have named 3 Australian sides that would have been ranked 1,2 and 3 in the world!

There were better players who missed an opportunity in the 1990's. Victorian's will tell you Darren Berry was one of them

The amount of sheer unadulterated wrong that BM has managed to get into this one thread is mindblowing.

There were 4 wickets on the final day you genius the pitch held together for 5 days and one of the South Africans who was a deadset nuff nuff batted all day for a century, WTF are you talking about no South African made over 70

You didn't watch it so your opinion is invalid. Cheers.
I said only 1 South African got over 70. And the next best Aussie score for the test was 71.
Clarke gone and we are in a spot of bother, poor leave.

BM continues to amuse.

You tossers should listen to me once in a while....England will be the victors!!!

We're not really in a spot of bother and England will not be Victors.

Our top order has issues and it has really only looked good when we've been miles infront. England has got through the top order quite often but every time they do Haddin and Johnson smash them. Even if we're 6/150 I'd back us to get a 1st innings lead.

That pitch in Perth in 2005 was a road.

It didn't break up and got flatter and easier to bat on as the game wore on

Typical BunniesMan getting his opinion from looking at a Cricinfo scorecard

Do the Channel 9 team not watch any other cricket... "Michael Clarke, best batsman in the world" is not a fact... not by any stretch... how many times has Anderson done that to him?

The official player of the year. It really annoys you and it's great to see.

BM if you had actually watched that WACA test you would know the pitch hugely flattened out and Rudolph of all people (career average of 35) scored 100 on it like it was a walk in the park.

Guys, even though he's 16 and has been watching Cricket since he was 15, BM studies Cricinfo.

Dude knows his shit.
