Stoked for Krejza I hope he performs well I still think he has the most potential out of all our spinners.

I'm pretty sure he was injured for the twenty20 match against Tassie but he wouldn't have played anyway, I guess we're coming full circle and starting with Krejza.

Why is Smith being rested and not being used as a frontline spinner when he is in the world cup squad?

Smith is injured.

He has 311 @ 62 but I would rather see Christian in the team with 375 @ 53 with a s/r of 125
Voges has gone better than i thought, didn't do a great deal in the Big beat off though. I still would have Christian ahead of him though, and that SR is impressive.

Voges has always been good at domestic level but never delivered in ODIs. Plus hes too similar to our current batsmen ala the ones that need time to get in before smacking it and not being destructive like Christian.

Yeah D/N games here usually start at 1:30pm - obviously for East Coast TV which is acceptable given the audience is larger in the East.

Apparently the powers that be preferred a day game because they think less people will drink themselves stupid

I might be showing my age here but I remember a time when they never played day/night matches on a Sunday.

Smart thinking, need to make sure Lee is at the WC and not being caught up in this injury fest.

Healy going off deluxe in regards to the Australian team selections

here is the spray

"It's not even close to their best side," Healy says. "Michael Clarke gets a couple of 50s under his belt and
then he's deemed to be needing a rest. Watson I'll buy - he can have a rest. But I haven't seen Cricket Australia this fragmented for a
long time. They've alienated some senior players like Brett Lee and Michael Clarke. They've given the public some ammunition to have
another go at Michael Clarke for wanting a rest, even though it was 100% the selectors that did it. They've really robbed the WACA of
the best team playing here in Perth at a sellout match. Australian cricket has five coaches in that dressing room and they seem to be
very powerless too. I don't know who's pulling the strings on these decisions but it's not synchronised for mine, at all."

Everything Healy said was 100% spot on. These selectors we have really are the most clueless bunch of deadsh*ts associated with Australian cricket I've ever seen.
