If they picked Gidley as a utility, I'd have no issues with that in theory. I just don't think he has the game to be an Origin fullback...

The best fullback in NSW is Hayne.

The best utility in NSW is Lewis.

Although he has played well, Gidley just should not be there.

I feel the same way, but I think they'll keep picking Gidley and the only position he's suited to is 14 IMO

Or just the normal flu :p

Can't be! Didn't you know that even though the normal flu is seven hundred million and four times more common than swine flu, and kills 5 times more people a day than have died in total from swine flu, anyone with a sniffle is dying horribly from swine flu? Tchah, watch the news ffs :sarcasm:

Also, To anyone that questioned picking Barrett - did you see him hit Inglis?

THAT, mother f**kers, is why you pick Trent Barrett!! This is O-R-I-G-I-N, and that hit is what ORIGIN is about!!
Michael Crocker, Luke O'Donnell included - They know what the Origin Spirit means to the crowd. wooooooooooo!!

For that one moment in time I felt man love for Trent Barrett, what a hit!

Hayne for Premier, Barrett for deputy premier.

I have also developed a bit of man love for Justin Poore, even though he is leaving us next year, just for that punch on Crocker.

Barrett will get weeks for that hit, enjoy it while it lasts. Although playing for the Sharks, no one will care.

Crocker would have smashed Poore if all his buddies didn't come in to help.

Refs were against us and we still won, did you see O'Donnell give Folau a hug to stop him holding up Hayne, and 1 minuite before when Tonga supposedly knocked it on off Wolfmans head?

Tickets: $140.
Maroons jersey: $150
Winning without Inglis (for most), Hodges and with the refs against us, to secure a 4th series in a row: Priceless

it was SO worth it to see Inglis all bashed and on the ground. Could have given Baz 3 weeks and it would have still been worth it. So please, STFU

i know! What the f**k man!! How dare Poore teammates come in to help him during a football brawl!!
Are you stupid? If the rest of the team had stood around and watched Poore and Crocker go at it there would be biggest uproar of all time!! Seriously - Crocker got a nice shot on the chin from Poore and there would be no hard feelings from it. STFU

This is why i hate Queenslanders.. Just because the ref's ACTUALLY CALLED YOU OUT on a few of your infringements doesn't mean they are against you, it means you are ill disciplined and slow learners. Did you see the elbow to Peter Wallace's head? STFU

You know that Hodges wasn't picked right? Why bring him up?

What? yea... STFU...

:lol::lol::lol:

O'Donnell somehow being penalised for being kicked by Hannant and then getting hit by him

Crocker staying on the field despite giving Poore a facial and then punching him when Poore had the audacity to be fired up about it? Should have been sin binned, but for some reason QLD got the penalty...

Cameron Smiths malicious elbow to the head of Peter Wallace should have seen him sent off...but there wasn't even a penalty.

You wouldn't have won if we could catch

.

JessEel!!!!!!!!! I am sooo shocked at you advocating violence!!!!!!! It's sickening to see ANY player laying unconscious on the ground, no matter who they are.

Oh and PMSL! So many sore losers in here today!! For the record, I support the blues, and I was there last night, and it has to be said, that first half was DEPLORABLE! SOFT! I was embarrassed to be wearing BLUE!

They earned a bit more respect in the second half but really, they lost it by their own mistakes, the Maroon forwards were dead on their feet, the game was there to be won and the Blues had no f**king idea what they were doing.

Hayne, Watmough and Gidley were outstanding. They're some of the few who can hold their heads up today.

What about Jess!! Luzicide right there!! You're scary!!

*sigh*

Doesn't feel great to be a Blue today :(

However, I agree with Jess, Inglis was soft :)
