My dentist told me i'd need a root canal in May.

I didn't get one.

My teeth feel great, there's no pain at all now and my teeth are still alive and healthy.

I've had root canal, it was quite painful. The nerve had died in my front tooth so I had to have root canal, and then it turned out I had an infection in there, it meant going to the dentist every 2nd day for a week. I think they just wanted to make money out of me.
And 12 yrs later I'm still sporting the temporary cap on my tooth as I didn't want to fork out for a proper crown :lol:
