trash is strong - Mills has to open, and they clearly want the test openers, and Boult is finding his feet, he's world class and will be fine.

McCullum wants someone quick, and Milne is that - quickest bowler in the tournament when he gets his rhythm and no niggles

Will Mcullum be stubborn and stay with Milne is he doesn't perform or will he bring in Kyle Mills?

You know... Your not too far off the mark...

But McCullum is the guy who wants Milne... He likes the variation Milne's pace brings...

Personally I'd have Mills...

But surely you give McCullum the weapons he wants...

Mills is a crafty mofo, good bowler

I don't know if it's about being stubborn...

I think it's about options available to him in the game...

Corey Anderson probably offers the same option that Mills offers...

Would love to see something click for Milne and he runs through a team, but I don't think that it's this tournament for him.

Milne needs to bowl quicker... He's in there for his pace...

He needs to be bowling that 150-155 range...

None of this 135 bullshit... We may as well have Mills or McGlenagan.

Is he bowling within himself due to that side strain?

The drop in pace seems really odd. At his current speed I'd agree on Mitch being there - proven wicket taker.

The thing with Milne is that he isn't even half as good as an overrated muppet like Shaun Tait,Tait averages like 23 in ODI's and once took 23 wickets in a WC tournament.

If your not even half as good as Shaun Tait than you might as well retire.

Looks like the side strain might be an issue, but rhythm isn't there - wonder if he's trying to push it through... No question that he's capable of consistent being 150 +

They are making Vettori look like Underwood lol.

To be fair Australia has often made him look real special in the past, actually most have - while he doesn't turn much his is very hard to score off

Great captaincy bringing back southee. Can't believe we let a plodder jockey looking merkin like Taylor to score 98. He's a limited midget.
