Yeah I would. Absolutely. We've got more dead money in our cap this year than a 34 yr old halfback in Woods, Dugan, Moylan and Fifita.

Reynolds I feel would have made other signings more likely, potentially retentions easier too.

I get the club wants to be like the Roosters and Storm and not need to pay overs for players, but we're not them , maybe we will be but we haven't earned the right to negotiate like them imo.

You're right time will tell. We missed out on DCE and a year later won the comp. Now I'm not saying we're winning the comp next year, or the year after but it's not the end of the world.

i agree, keep the faith. Last time this kind of stuff happened DCE backflipped and Licha left..and we all know what happened then..
