AB's v Wallabies @ Auckland

They smashed them at the breakdown and made huge pushes upfield. The AB's couldn't match them at all.
Just as the AB forwards made "huge" inroads in the Wallabies forwards as well.. the breakdown may have gone hte Aussie way, but the Mauling from the All Blacks had the Aussies backpeddling as well as the scrums..

Pure speculation. Mortlock was playing well all tournament and he carved them up.
And wouldnt have against a player who handed him is arse each time they had previously played...

In 2007 the All Blacks couldn't change their game plan. A poor ref decision played a part in the loss but they should have easily won that game. Dan Carter got injured and the AB's went to shit. What will happen if Carter gets injured this year?
It wasnt "a poor ref decision" it was plenty of them... the bad sin binning, the forward pass, the french not getting pinged ofr offside and ruck infringments... the french were getting away with murder, they werent getting pinged so they got worse... Barnes lost control and the french benefited... As for Carter.. the same thing that will happen if Genia or Cooper get injured...

And I have read pages and pages of posts on other forums that the Thorn disallowed try in the S15 final was ACTUALLY a try and if the ref had awarded it then the Reds wouldn't have blah blah blah. Cooper got shut down that night but the Reds still won. Goes to show that once the Wallabies work out some cohesion, if the oppo targets Cooper then others can step up.
Except they didnt... or cant... the Aussie game plan is to give Cooper the ball and follow him around... when it doesnt work they fold... Deans doesnt have a plan B... never has...

Suzie the Waitress? That's another grand kiwi story. The one about the dodgy waitress who forced the AB's to eat poisoned seafood!
Half the team did have food poisoning... anybody who disputes that is an idiot... 6 players were on drips less than 24 hours before the final... 3 were still puking that morning.. and both Kronfied and Wilson puked up during the game.. the fact they played was a bloody miracle... as for delibrate food poisoning.. thats a Mains fairy tale.. ther has never been any evidence of it.

Which is why Fans dont need to... they know that, unlike lesser teams, the All Blacks wont lose to those "minnow" nations... its why i can confidently say that the Semi final is the only game that is a danger one... the Arges wont be, Ireland wont be(not theat they will get past SA and yet you still callit arrogance.

.

You said it. Fans don't need to, provided the people that matter do. That's all I was trting to say, however fans 'should' if they want to provide a balanced opinion.
