Whats a Rugby League indicator?? Take all 16 club jerseys, take away all sponsorhip, just leave the designs, the club logo and the comp logo.

What then indicates Rugby League? Nothing. We would know them, because we know club colours, logos, designs and club traditions.
But to a foreigner that doesnt know the sport or the competition, or the logos, how are they to know its a Rugby League jersey? They dont.

No club plasters "RUGBY LEAGUE" all over their jerseys, simply because we know what they are anyway.. Lets not ruin a good looking jersey because people outside of RL wont get it. This is a jersey and idea made by RL fans for RL fans.

Got to agree with Perth Red on this one, but all that needs to be done is change the logo so it says Adelaide Pandas Rugby League.

Completely correct, but many rugby league clubs have either RLFC (rugby league football club) or rugby league, for example on the logo it may say Adelaide Pandas and then underneath it have RLFC/rugby league incorporated into the logo.

To the casual observer it's obviously either a soccer, Rugby League or Rugby Union.

To avoid another code getting credit or interest from someone coming across the jersey I'd rather it said Adelaide Pandas and then Rugby League under it on the logo.

There's nothing that outlines it as Rugby League if you don't have something on there that spells it out. It wouldn't take anything away from the design and would have far greater benefits.

Wouldn't "LeagueUnlimited.com" spell out that it was a league jersey?

If not, a simple RLFC under PANDAS would suffice.

Once again, I'd just like to say that I think the colours of the LU sponsorship don't suit the jersey. A change to yellow and black would be much better.

The red and blue one would look good.
So we get rid of the LU competition logo and replace it with one of these, but leave League Unlimited as the sponsor. I like it, I think the jersey will be perfect now.

Why not give GAZF free sponsorship?

I reckon the logo would look OK.

We could then look to free up the sleeves for some sponsorship and I reckon if we (meaning you, simo) kept control of the concept then the likes of TripleM might find it funny enough to take a free sponsorship and run with the gag?

(By you keeping control, simo, I mean not letting TripleM jump on board and take it over. I'd even go so far as to register it as a legitimate expansion bid)

I don't think we need sleeve sponsors, no one likes the amount of sponsors real teams have on their jerseys, let's not ruin it..
