f**k the Iraqis the diving scum. How can you build pressure when you concede a free kick every time you challenge for the ball?
And can we please try passing, instead of hoofing like a spastic League Two team? FMD.

blah, blah, always someone else's fault, them nasty little iraqis....

neill got a red and grella was lucky not to get one

If we win by 2 than we are on equal points and equal difference with Thailand.

Then:

Tiebreakers
If two or more teams in a group are equal on points on completion of the group matches, their places shall be determined as follows:
a) Greater number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned.
b) Goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned.
c) Greater number of goals scored in the group matches between the teams concerned (Away Goals do not apply in this stage of the competition).
d) Goal difference in all the group matches.
e) Kicks from the penalty mark if only two teams are involved and they are both on the field of play.
f) Drawing of lots.

according to the commentators its on a head to head basis, so if Thailand and us finish equal and we have beaten them, we go through

kissmynob should be dropped after that performance and Archie Thompson showed you can be good in A League and still no where near international standard

Start Aloisi, Cahill, Sterjovksi, Milligan, Beauchamp, Carny at LB (anyone is better then that f**king hack Wilkshire)

Then we might have a chance.

Only players out there who seem to care atm and having a real crack at Kewell, Schwaz, Cahill and any subsitute that comes on.

Everyone in Australia thinks Wilkshire is a f**king useless spastic hack, why the hell cant Arnold?

FFS, if you bothered to read past the first line of my post, you would have seen this:

The Iraqis took every chance possible to lie down. The keeper had about three of four serious injuries during the course of the night.

But having said that, we played like utter sh*t. Neill's red was totally irresponsible, with the game already lost and another to play. No-one tried to build pressure, just bang it up to the penalty area and see what happens. Not good enough.

We need players who can go the distance for the full 90 minutes. My starting squad.

---------------------Schwarzer---------------------
--Emerton---Beauchamp-----?--------Carney---
-------------Miligan--------Culina-----------------
--------------------Bresciano----------------------
----Sterjovski-------------------------Kewell------
--------------------Aloisi---------------------------

That or 3 men at the back with Cahill sitting behind Aloisi. Otherwise, Cahill as half-time sub. Captain = Emerton or Kewell.

Kisnorbo and Wilkshire can go home!

install it, then maybe need to restat your computer, run the program, click "channel" , double click "6002 cctv5". if it returns error msgs like "cannot obtain network settings" or "unknow error" at the beginning, keep trying, 2-3 times and it should worrk quite smoothly.

if still having problems, just play with it and see what happens...

Had to laugh that Australia could not defeat Iraq as where do Iraq train or play and they would have to pick a large squad of players as some may not make it or turn up for obvious reasons.

I predict a 2 - 1 loss to Thailand tonight - and as those two comedians said " it's good night from him and good night from me"
