Just gotta say well done to the dees.. love watching the Saints lose lol.

Saints find it hard to play well at anywhere else but Telstra Dome.

Saints are also missing their best player- Lenny Heyes!

Messers Kositschke, Dal Santo & Reiwoldt may be unfairly maligned by this assertion.

Adelaide (can see Essendon putting up a fight, but Adelaide should win by 19-30)
Geelong (will bounce back against a Eagles outfit who still isn't as good outside West Coast and without Judd)
Hawthorn (tough one, Bulldogs have too many injuries in key areas.. hawthorn in a close one)
Brisbane Lions (Collingwood over-rated)
Richmond (Played ok against the Eagles at Subi, so should play alright against Freo, although we will need to kick more than 100pts to win IMO)
Kangaroos (Sydney are due for a loss)
Carlton (Carlton are due for a win :sarcasm: )
Melbourne (St Kilda sh*t me and Melb should be too stong for them in the midfield+defence)

Cant wait till Sunday night when i see i have 0/8 lol.

When is he coming back???

This week.

Richo wont be though... probably our real best player.

I hate when people use injuries as an excuse. Depth is part of a good team. I did use that excuse for our game against Sydney.. but we still would have lost just by not as much. I think the Adelaide game shows anything is possible with or without injuries, that is, if the coach comes up with a plan that makes up for it.

Or West Coast, minus the Joey Johns of AFL, were too good!:D

Pfft! Judd ain't that good. West Coast atleast can rely on other players to stand up when Judd's not there. The Knights, god bless'em seem to fall to pieces.

I only got 2, i forgot to put in my tips:( i would have got 8 if i had remember. It was a easy round to pick!

Jay should be though. After 4 goals for the Burgers I'd be dissapointed if he doesn't return this week.

Nope,

The full side was in ... We wouldn't have had Tucky standing in the defensive goal square (Tagging Goodes) giving us no drive out of the centre.

The rot started when Sydney kicked their firs 3 goals directly from free kicks, the completely undermanned backline dropped their heads and that was it. Goodnight Tiges. A full strength backline would have completely changed the direction of the match.

Man the Essendon - richmond game woulda been even more awesome if we had Lloyd and you guys had Brown up front

Heyes is better than all of them. Del Santo on occasions is as good as Heyes. But Heyes was in Brownlow winning form this year!

Yes he is, he leaves other players wishing they were Judd! WC get around it as their other midfielders are pretty damn good! Juddy is just the best one!

You should always want the best players playing and always want to beat a team at full strength. Makes the win that sweeter and the game that much better for the fans.

But thats footy i guess... rarely do you see a game with both teams at 100% full strength.

Heyes is better than all of them. Del Santo on occasions is as good as Heyes. But Heyes was in Brownlow winning form this year!

I rate Reiwoldt higher than Hayes.

Why?

We led the over rated northerners by 7 goals at one point last year.

& we're playing much better football this season...

Thats last season and that was at the G.

Anyway we will never know if we would have won or not, just my opinion that Sydney would have been too good for us regardless of injuries. We will never know.

I can certainly gaurentee a 10 goal turnaround regardless of the backline being decimated had we been able to win ball in the middle (Tucky)

I will be attending on July 22 quite confident of a win against those overated fairies.

Gaspar on Hall, Thirsty (on debut last year remember) on O'Loughlin... Those two match ups would have completely changed the result. Just like last year. We led by that much because those two flogged their Swan opponents.
