Agreed TS, but the point is he is outside now, not inside as most predicted.The only variable the legal system imposed was the terms of penalty. He won't be incarcerated. He is still guilty of the crime. Losing your job isn't a greater sentence. It's at the discretion of the employer.
I believe the club will sit back and let the NRL Integrity Unit make the call.
If the club is lucky, the Unit deregisters Jr A.
If we are unlucky they suspend him from playing for half a season.
