Looks like the selectors have dug up last years team and only made the minimal changes due to player unavailability.
Ben Kennedy and Shaun Timmins are walking time bombs when it comes to injuries. Hindy will make when either of those two drop out.
If Hindy keeps his level of play up he WILL make the rep sides sooner rather than later.

this is horribly pathetic. hindy is by far the greatest forward in the nrl and his omission from the squad should lead to anarchy on the streets of parramatta. the bulldogs scandal suddenly seems insignificant. the uselessness of justin murphy is overshadowed by the idiocy of the australian selectors. september 11. april 1. what next?

Scotty Hill is a top player, but at this stage has zero form! you can add barrett to that list. And did anyone realise that Fletcher is in the team!? WTF!?

And what about Villasanti. Why isn't he in the team????

One positive is that they have given up on Steve Simpson (unless he was already going to be out for an extended period with injury). He is past it in a big way.

i could make an argument for hindy over every single player in that team

if only chris anderson was still coaching the team. sure he was useless, but at least he watched enough footy to realise hindy is the best player in the nrl

can you provide a link to where this team is listed (excuse my sceptisism, but its April Fools day).

But there is no Mason in this squad. Now as over rated as i think he is, i would find it hard to believe they didnt pick him or any other bulldogs for that matter. Unless.......

NB: your also not allowed to do April Fools after noon. Thats the rule isn't it?

I'd love to have seen Hindmarsh get it for himself cause he does deserve it but in saying that it makes Parra's team stronger for the round 7 clash v Sharks.

And Matt Sing over Lewis and Rooney!?

No Mason is real interesting don't you think. I don't like him but considering he was an incumbent, and there are plenty of other incumbents who's form has been nothing but piss poor this year like Petro and Sing, 1 game from Crocker, Hill, Barrett and Tate is apparently enough for them. But Mason is completly brushed. I love it!!
