Anderson given third warning

What you say Jimbo about the "back me or sack me "seemed strange to me too.
Brings up whether he already had a breach notice issued or not.
What I'm getting at -or what people may not know(missed or whatever)is has Anderson copped 3 breach notices over since the back me or sack me?
Might have got all 3 for the J.Anderson episode, might have got one for the $10,000 fine with Rod Lawrence-but surely thats wiped clean when the board has decided to back him(maybe not?).
It would be nice to know just what Anderson has copped the breach notices for. I assume the board arent saying so it could be for anything.

In the workplace you have to get 3 warnings for the same thing before you can be sacked.
Are these breach notices for similar offences??????????

I think what you might find is that whenever the warnings were given out, they are for 'Bringing the Club into disrepute'. A pretty broad category, and you can lump all manner of non-related specific instances under such a broad umbrella.

I was going to start a new topic on this but thought it should go here instead.
If this is the third breach when and where did the other 2 occur?
When Ando criticised(spell)? the ref and copped a fine?(every coach in the comp would have a breach notice if this is correct-especially R.Stuart and theres no way he'll get punted).
Might give me some idea on just how long the board has tried to get rid of Ando.
Most of the comments I've read have come from Ando so I think we are mainly getting his spin on things.
Strangely nobody has confirmed what the other breaches were for and if anyone really cared?

Ando didn't just criticise the Ref - he cornered him in the tunnel and abused him - he was physically intimidating. It's quite a bit different to criticising the referee in a press conference. That's why it's a breach notice - he brought the Club into disrepute - and why other coaches like RS (and CA last year) haven't got breach notices.

That's #1 and we all know #3, what was Breach #2? I can't remember anything that stood out (so much of CA's behaviour was appalling).

Perhaps the Parramatta debacle? :?

To the tune of 'The Ballad of Jed Clampett' - The Beverly Hillbillies
Apologies Paul Henning.

Come 'n listen to my story 'bout a man named Ando
Poor Rugby coach barely kept his family fed
An' then one day, he was scoutin' out for rugby dudes,
An' out on the ground was a halfback in the crude.
Kimmorley that is! Premiership gold! Loyal ta'boot!

Well, the first thing ya know, Ando's coach extraordinaire
Kin-folk said, "Ando, move away from there." Said
Sharkie territory is the place y'oughta be, so he
loaded up the truck, and he moved to Wanda Beach.
Cronulla that is! Never won, 37 years!

Ol' Ando bought a player,Kimmorley is his bub
Turfed the player of the year, from the mighty club,
Lotsa folks objected, but Ando found no fault,
'Cause ol' Sharks supporters money is a-layin' in his vault
Cash, that is! Still got to pay him, and the players he wants!

When the Sharks said goodbye to Lang and all his kin
We Sharks never properly said thanks folks fer kindly droppin'in.
You're all invited back again to this locality,
T'have a heapin' helpin' of Sharkie hospitality.
Sutherland Style, that is! Can't see a good thing, even when they've got it!
Y'all come back, here!

Raper is the go.
Ando is a square peg trying to get into a round hole.

I wonder how many warnings the board has given themselves then...

Can someone find out if DT and NG got three warnings before they got turfed out of the club for questioning the 12th best (4th worst) coach in the league?

Nice try SS but they were not turfed. They walked. Don't all let's now bring up all the circumstances again but that is a simple fact. They sought releases and got them then walked off into oblivion.

I've received interesting word that we 'shouldn't be surprised' if Dean Treister is back at the club in 2004 should Anderson not be retained.

 That would be so incredible! :D

Yeah Deano!

If this whole mess, leaves us without a club to follow, I'll be sick.

Jarrod Anderson, SHOULD not have been retained, he shouldnt've played first grade again after his effort against the Tigers. Anderson has no justification for doing what he did with Burgess and Pierce.

I've been over in WA for several weeks and I'm so distraught at what is happening to the Sharks.

With all respect ignoramous I'll leave it open because there are plenty of people behind me who need to walk out too. When they bulldoze Shark Park can you leave my paver just outside the gate?

Then in my opinion you are no better than the fans that threatened to walk out on the club over the Preston Campbell saga.

Just reading your end tag there, Sheros - `Eternal bridesmaids'. Manly were once called that. They lost 5 Grand Finals before the result of the Tutty Case enabled them to buy a premiership, and then a few more too. So there is still hope for us. That's right, isn't it, Cliffy?

Cliffy, get rid of that signature, or I will be forced to change my signature to something to do with your current form of employment.

That's correct, we won't be bothered by Cliffy in here anymore.

However, he is still able to read the forums so this is not an invitation to reign abuse on him as there may be other ways he can cause trouble.

Read betwen the lines people and leave Cliffy out of any further posts PLEASE.
