Yeah, no.
Souths have been an abject failure for most of the history of the NRL
Souths have won 10 p/ships since 1950---that's a good record---about one in 6 to 7 yrs on average!!

HahahahahahahahahahahahahaThe West Tigers have been around since 1999 ie. less than 20 yrs.
Sths have maintained their identity for the duration!
We didn't lose part of our identity though.......
Identity? Sold to the only bidder. We didn't lose part of our identity though....... we faught and triumphed which is something your mob shall never do....
You ought to be ashamed of the lack of fight......
You try to constantly put a spin words but you're not clever at all......... all a fake weak facade........
Cheerio........... 21 buddy yeeehhhhaaaaaaaaaa
Identity? Sold to the only bidder.
No more skinned rabbit sellers around Redfern just a long congo line of Souffs fans queuing up at the local Centrelink calling out "meth-o!"
Unless it was one of those years where you weren't in the comp?Yep. And by choice. Kept our identity and had three top 4 finishes and a premiership as a result. Would take that any day over merging.

You'll have to try harder than that mate.
The NRL has only been around for about 10 minutes out of 110 years.
f**k off you flog. Hows 4 since the war sound!
Says you. Accept it, nobody else worships souffs the way a handful of souffs fans seem to believe. Your views on my club really are irrelevant as far as I'm concerned.Mate, I’d have happily sat out 5 years to avoid merging. Hate to break it to you, but as a Balmain or Wests supporter, your team IS out of the comp!
Prostate cancer awareness campaign?Back on topic you sad f**ks?
What happens to Gus's amputated finger? Does he keep it? Can the club put it on display or an eBay auction to raise awareness for signing to the roosters?
Sorry mate,Uncle Nick has claimed it for his pleasure!Back on topic you sad f**ks?

Looks like I have hit a nerve.
It's not my fault souths has been an embarrassment in the modern era and will continue to be so.
I’m thankful that our clubs name isn’t synonymous with the words cheats and dodgy. How does it feel to be known as the Rorters by all other clubs and supporters.
Winning a title must feel so hollow because no one in the NRL community places any value on your clubs honesty and sportsmanlike conduct, as fairness, courtesy and being a good sport. I’d prefer our club to do it the honest way because at least after we win, we can stand tall and proud of our true honest achievements and hard work. That’s why our win in 2014 is one of the most memorable in the history of Rugby League and was worth more and will be remembered more than your previous 13 titles.
In Australia people support the bloke who works hard to get to the top not the bloke who buys his way to the top. It’s always been the Australian way but your owner wouldn’t understand that would he.
Used as a pointer during video sessions?Prostate cancer awareness campaign?
Notify the police of possible links to the yakuza?
Like throwing a sausage up a hallwaySorry mate,Uncle Nick has claimed it for his pleasure!
2005 was better. A team of rejects, rookies and journeymen combined to take down competition heavyweights in the semis and win it all.I’m thankful that our clubs name isn’t synonymous with the words cheats and dodgy. How does it feel to be known as the Rorters by all other clubs and supporters.
