DittoThere is no way he will be sacked this year. I am also sceptical about what Daz is saying. I deal in facts not rumours.

Fair enough.
However those who have been on this forum for a long time would know I don't just post gossip here for the sake of it.
Ditto
We only looked good today when we just threw the game plan out and the players just did their own thing. Hook didn't coach that win.
True because he wasn't allow to. Also what about his defense, that was outstanding.
Pomoz the squad is pretty stacked mate. we should be playing much better football
Im not a Hook fan. But he's not the only guy involved in our coaching structure. If we just promote Ciraldo I dont think much (if anything) improves.
You're right, its happening next year.
For 2020 makes sense. New coach, older guys tapped on the shoulder.. A fresh approach and only one year extra to pay out
He wasn't given the opportunity to. When Maloney was sin binned, Nathan took control. James is the problem, not Nathan. You said he played great, ok his defence was great, but he’s first and foremost a playmaker. He didn’t have much impact there.
Ain't Fangs calling the shots baby.
Old school manger? Control freak and hierarchical? Well, he has had three years and delivered reasonable results but we do have some limitations in our game. To me, it has always been difficult to get a proper handle on how we can go because there has been a revolving door of halves. How good could we be if the spine was consistent for a season?
If Gus is frustrated, he must be seeing more in the day to day coaching that is a cause for concern, the results have been quite reasonable all things considered. It is good that Gus expects more, even when we have made the semi's three years in a row.

Whatever the reason, he didn’t play “great” as you said.
