Palhares cut from the UFC and will 'never be allowed back'.

Dillashaw fight was great, rest of the card was meh.

Anyone watching TUF this season? Ronda Rousey really is a bit of a merkin.

She walks around with a sense of entitlement and has the maturity of a 11 year old, even worse is her coach Edmond Tarverdyan, bloke acts like some Armenian mafia tough guy, was funny when he called out Dennis Hallman then backed down like a little bitch and needed Ronda to save his arse when Hallman called his bluff

Thought that was tough to be honest. I even thought it was tough vs Drwal too. Certainly nothing like the Babalu incident.

That said though he is a bit of a roidhead and has held subs even at ADCC so probably was going to happen eventually anyway.

Really looking forward to this weekend's fights. Great main card. JDS v Cain 3 is shaping up as a classic. These guys will be due to fight each other again and again though.

Hoping for a Big Country overhand right KO of DC. Also hoping for a Diego Sanchez upset victory too.

Prelims are damn good too with Aussies Lombard and George Sots back.

Just saw the card, it is STACKED!

Im pulling for JDS here, really hope gets the win.

And i agree RE Big Country, seeing him KO DC will be awesome, Cormier is not as elite as he thinks he is.

Melendez, Gonzaga, Dodson, Lombard and Boetsch should all get the wins.

Velasquez will make a lot of people his bitch. Don't see him getting beaten by any of the current heavyweights. His cardio, his wrestling and his pressure is just too much. Never gave JDS a chance and it showed in his swollen face at the end of the fight.

Great day of fights. All very entertaining except maybe DC v Nelson. Sanchez and Melendez was crazy. Always expect that from Diego though.

Id like to see Ronda get KTFO & then soil her pants in the middle of the octagon to try and humble her a little bit.

Tate isnt going to be able to accomplish that though.

I could watch Melendez vs Sanchez everyday of the week. Stunning fight. I lost my shit when he landed that uppercut in the 3rd. Would've been the gutsiest win had he pulled it off.

If UFC have any brains just book Diego in 5 rounders from now on regardless. Gil will be fighting for the strap soon so he's a no brainer for 5 rounders as well.

I love Diego but I'm starting to fear for him, his face has taken a pounding over recent years and he cuts and swells very easily now.

I also lost it when he landed the uppercut! He's my favorite fighter but it's clear Melendez is better. Haven't seen much of Melendez but after his title fight and that against Diego he's quickly becoming a favorite of mine.

Also on Cain. Only way to beat him is to land punches first and KO him which dos santos tried hard to do and rocked Cain, but he's just an animal.

Yeah that cut completely replaced his eyebrow. Nasty as f**k and as nasty as his forehead cut from BJ. Despite all that his chin is showing sign of slowing. Melendez landed plenty of big clean shots.

Cain will only be beaten by flash knockouts, plain and simple. Werdum could cause a few problems but the same script will play out as the last 2 JDS fights. Break them early with relentless pressure. Knock out or destruction for the next 20 odd minutes. Fedor mark II but will be even more dominant IMO.

Everybody been keeping up with the Ultimate fighter? This season has confirmed some things for me like Ronda is not right in the head lol. U can easily see that Dana White is in love with Rousey. But if u ask me I think Tate is so much hotter then Rousey I just don't get the fuss about her.
In terms of the fighters I think Holdsworth should win the men's side though I think it should be a good fight with Davey in the final.
The women's side is hard to pick but I think I'd have to pick Pennington right now

Holdsworth is legit, just so much more advanced on the ground than any of the other guys, also comes from a great camp in Team Alpha Male

Was always going to be the way that one ended. You hear Hendo vs Vitor and hope it's gonna be like Hendo vs Shogun. Vitor just too explosive.

Should also win the award for worst post fight interview. Gettin all Tony Robbins on everyone, don't think he actually addressed any of Aniks questions.
