Not really. He's not my favourite, I just feel like silva has had such a sick legacy so far that it would be a shame for it to wither away losing to people like weidman. Some people get tall poppy syndrome and want to see the mighty fall, I'm the other way where I want the tall poppies to stand tall and be outstanding, makes the sport more interesting if it has larger than life icons. Was a shame to see fedor's invincible mystique crushed, I'd like to see some be maintained. A silva win in this rematch is much more epic than a weidman win, it would hold more dramatic significance, I don't get how anyone couldn't see that.
