Anyone still want to sack Flanno?

I'd say he's 2nd to Bellamy in improving players & first in recruitment.

He was nearly last in attacking prowess but you'd have to say he's in the top 4 now.

I felt he should have been sacked for asada as he was in charge of football and had accountability. However, that is now history and his record has been good with this year exceptional to date. Keeping him for another contract makes sense. Stability is a rarity in the NRL and the Sharks seem to have it now.

The challenge for Flanagan will be to manage the Gallen exit and rebuild in a couple of seasons. Will be interesting to see if the club has a succession plan with John Morris in mind.

If he gets through the next month unscathed, he deserves more credit than before. The games ahead on paper look a walk in the park, but history tells these are always the ones we get lost in

When the Blues lose the series next week, I reckon we could go worse than have Flanno in-charge next year.

Have a look at first match it was a grind, Flanno is the king of the grind, he knows how to get a win in that situation, if origin is now down to a grind he should be the coach

Grind or no grind, I don't that is the point Messiah.

Flanno's best attribute is pulling a team together & getting them to play for one another & the jumper.

Laurie was able to do that in the first year, as he was fresh but I reckon he's lost it since, probably 1/2 caused by chopping & changing & the other 1/2 by him being a knob.

I think the combo of Flanno & A.Johns for NSW role would work

We were grinding tonight - only scored off an intercept.

1 of those games...lots of spoiling & stop / start.

A wins a win.

Warriors & Eels at home to snatch the record of 12.

Would be a massive coup if he did it....great for the team's confidence.
