Really getting the shits with my missus lately

I have always been a bit of an "all over the place" kind of guy. Sometimes I miss things, leave the toilet seat up etc but over all I think I am a pretty responsible and reliable partner. For some reason she just cant let little things like this go and has to make a huge point about it. God forbid I tell her she is over reacting and unnecessarily focusing on shit that is pretty low on the list of things to be blowing up about. Its not like I deliberately do/not do this stuff and I am really trying to curb them but she just cant seem to cut me any slack.
