I think you missed the joke mate
And up until a minute ago, it seemed Hook had given the halftime talk to Parra too.Parramatta putting the reigning premiers and competition favourites to the sword on the same day Nathan Brown joins Mary McGregor in Parra’s coaching ranks….coincidence?
I didn't, but I think you did.I think you missed the joke mate
All good mateI didn't, but I think you did.
BTW- a joke loses all impact if you need to explain it.
Yes - in much the same way that Mary identified Hornby as one of his weaknesses. And we all know how that turned out...Hook has identified his weaknesses...this tells me that they (ass coaches) have let him down...obviously sees his assistants and not himeslf as the problem to any of our problems..,...all very interesting...
Hook will have no more excuses if the replacement assistant coaches are not any better than Gentle and Head and the results are poor. To me Gentle and Head haven't been much help to Hook - both their defensive and attacking structures have been ordinary, but as Hook has the overall say in everything, he is responsible for all results and as you say NOB replacing the current assistants won't change those 3 things you have given.Yes - in much the same way that Mary identified Hornby as one of his weaknesses. Replacing the assistant coaches won't change :
1) Hook's logic-defying team selections
2) His blind loyalty to his hand-picked old nags
3) His stodgy "game plan", that is so far past its sell-by date it is embarrassing.
Don't forget he got rid of Elliott also.Hook will have no more excuses if the replacement assistant coaches are not any better than Gentle and Head and the results are poor. He was thrown under the bus par excellence by Mary, who obviously felt threatened by him.Hornby should become available, pretty sure burgess is staying at south’s as an assistant. Hornby was the attacking coach for all the times they made the prelims, bring him back
I don't think so-he has recently been part of the ABC commentary, which he gave up when first appointed.is matthew elliott still part of the coaching staff ?

Everyone seems to have a job title there .....He is still employed by the Dragons in the capacity of Leadership & Cultural development.
He has prior experience outside of football in this field of personal development.
