Cricket isn't a contact sport, guys can retire and play 20/20 for years.
I only got to see him play live once. really pissed that I didn't go see him play in '04. Creaming my pants at the thought of watching getting another opportunity to see him play.
I'm sure even non-Roosterites who have tickets are feeling the same way

Gaz and Del would be sweet to see back in the Red V for the tourneyWhat other ex players would you like to see return?
Stacey Jones
Darren Lockyer
Joey Johns
Steve Menzies
I f**king hate him and he is about as funny as rape.I don't even have tickets and i'm still excited to see him play, one of my favourites and a hilarious bloke on the Sunday Footy show every second thing is hilarious you can't hate him.
no it's not
clubs have to provide a certain amount of top players
I agree wholeheartedly. If the 9s wants to succeed, it must form an identity of excitement and innovation.I didn't realise being good meant you had to take every game you play seriously.
The tournaments strength will be its fun, party atmosphere. If the NRL goes down the dimbass route of trying to make it super serious it will fail miserably.
Is love to see all clubs pick a veteran great to join the squad. Who wouldn't love to see Price back in a dogs jersey, Hindy back for the eels, Girdler playing for the panthers etc. It would only increase the interest in the competition.
Who actually wins each game will mean precious little to the ratings. Providing the scores are close (which getting ring ins will help) no one gives a shit
