1/71 for the session

Day 2 Lunch
Aust 1/96 - behind 164

Australia clearly on top, couple more wickets though we are into out of form hussey and north and a collapse could easily happen. Hopefully Kat, Pup and Punter can bat out most of the day

Ridiculous that we don't have the review in every series... tbh I am not sold on it at all, but it should either be used, or not

Had to laugh at the commentators on 9 talking about the decline in averages by batting position since 2005-2007 ..."the pitches are greener" and other things. Doesn't appear to have occurred to the dimwits that what they actually show is that some of the batsmen have been in terminal decline the last couple of years.

The only world class bowlers running around right now are Steyn and Swann, maybe Shakib.

Mendis has failed to live upto the initial hype and Bhaji is throwing pies. Seriosuly, batsmen should be cashing in and send their averages sky rocketing. Look at Tendulkar's comeback this year - no doubt in part caused by pies being chucked at him. Jayawardne's average is looking as rosey as Sangakarra's even.

not a good shot from Punter, ball from Anderson was even worse

Punter's head was outside off stump no where near the line of the ball, normally he would have put that away

Tony Greig really, really wanted that one.

"He's hit the cover off it."

What a wanker.
