WTF does getting runs for NSW have do with batting for Australia today in which he failed miserably and looked like a genius :?

Next test... out Clarke (inj) and North (crap), in Khawaja (#4) and White (#6)
Clarke shouldn't have played, he fielded out of his regular position yesterday and then looked horribly restricted today.

If Clarke was still carrying the back injury it's the Captain and selectors problem, someone with balls within the Aussie camp should have ruled him out...
North's selection, well that dumbfounds most people
....
No, if he wasn't fully fit with his back then he should have ruled himself out. Only he can know how much his back is hurting him and nobody else especially if he's giving no outward signs to tell/show them otherwise. If he went in with something more than just a niggle and still didn't decide to rule himself out then it was a selfish decision which could cost the team dearly.
Absolutely selfish decision, most of these players would have sold their right nut to play in the first ashes test...
I still think it's what right for the team rather than the individual; hence selectors have the final say.... my 2 cents anyway...
