Doust is not in charge of training and team selections so why bag him. He has given the coaches the right players to play with, they are clearly not using them right. The roster is top 8 material you can't ask for more.

Apart from the Price issue what else has he done wrong? At the end of the day he was in charge from 2009-2011 when Bennett was in charge and everything was rosy. He brought us our first premiership in 31 years. I just don't think it is soley up to him to sack the coach. It is the board and some people in that board are delaying the obvious.

JDB is not consistent enough,can hit hard with a copybook tackle but the only good game he has played in what is it 10 rouinds was against Souffs when his aggression got him on report,but he ripped in,but nothing since.

AhMau is a fraud,112kg running at the line,when did you see him break the line,or offload,can tell you how many times he coughs up possession .

We have been found out,our pack has finally succumbed to the week in week out pounding by more powerfull packs,this was always going to happen.We have been demoralised ,this causes discipline and possession turnover problems,lack of confidence.

JDB needs a new coach.
AhMau played well for first couple of games again against teams who started the year poor,and has done nothing since.
Harrison did bust the line in one game and offloaded once in another.

It's been mentioned by all of us on so many threads that the coach needs to go because he is ineffective in getting this team up,but players need to be held accountable ,especially someone like JDB who has now played 50 games,Harrison who has played over 100 games at least.
If you are happy with AhMau then that's your opinion,my opinion is he is no better than props running around in VBNSW Cup.
Bet you weren't applauding him when he lost possession in a routine tackle ,something he has a habit of doing.

I've always thought it less than honourable to blame middle management when the big decisions and appointments were made at the top. But unfortunately that's how a lot of corporations operate.

JDB is playing fine and he can tackle as opposed to Hunt & Harrison. When I was at the Cutters game they played JDB, Thompson, Harrison, Stockwell, Matthews etc and JDB was a class above anyone else on the field. Against Souths & Easts he stopped the big men in their tracks. He is a first class defender and is a future leader but shldnt have expectations above that at this stage in his career.

Au Mau has shown he's capable but has dropped off completely. He seems to have self preservation in mind but it cld also be the same as all our forwards that as we don't have any decoys they are all sitting ducks.

Sitting over in New Zealand, it saddens me to see what is going on with this great club. Obviously there are administration and coaching issues. The main thing I see is
a lack of power in the forwards. Creagh does his best every game, but what is really
lacking is a real yardage forward like a Frank Pritchard or numerous others throughout
the NRL The backs are only as good as platform set by the forwards and it is not happening. Players of the class of Morris spend most of their time defending. The forwards are too small for a competition as intense as the NRL.

forget the petitions, forget the banners, if we want to make a protest that will be peaceful but get across our message we need to unfortunately hit the club where it hurts the most and that is through the leagues club pokies.

My idea is as follows(and this may sound crazy):
Have a group of 30-50 turn up to the club early one day and begin playing the pokies on the lowest amount possible 1 line at a time.

If this group played 1 game per minute and spent 1c per game(1 line at 1c) we could conceivably block the pokies for a few hours and in doing so restrict the income the club makes. At worst each person may have to spend $10 to do this but the impact on the club would be much greater than the outlay.

No doubt we would have to return and keep doing this overtime providing they didn't ban us to get the message across

still no reason to attempt to kill off the leagues club, whom the football club relies on for financial grants.
i dont believe harming the leagues club in any way is the answer.
