Josh Hannay spent a year in reserves for us yet refused to go.
.
Hannay looked like a gun at the cows just add him to the long list of players who's career went to sh|t once they joined the sharks

WTF do you think I'M saying you goose? While I'd like us to retain and extend Jimmy for another year.... the lure of a huge contract over a longer period than we are prepared to sign him for might see him move on. At least we know that the Sharks are now smart enough to only allow him to leave should we get a suitable player swap. At the end of the day we are in a strong bargaining position having an in demand player on a contract that is well in our favor.
Coach "Player, why didn't you put your body on the line? You let that 130kg front rower score, now we cant make the semi's!"
Player " Well, I'm ok to go to another club"
It doesnt matter if they or don't. The only things that matter are the perception & the mental state of the player. How did Moses go in last few games , just a few weeks ago. I thought he tried hard. But he was awful. & then he got pillored by the media. If the player asks for a release, there is nothing to gain for the residing club in retaining the player. All they can do is negotiate the best possible outcome for themselves, prior to releasing the player.
As usual it's hard to understand what you're suggesting as most of your posts are written in riddles....contain conspiracy theories.....and contain bias either in favor or against certain players. Your last two posts appeared to suggest that Jimmy wouldn't give his best to the Sharks because he was/is underpaid.
