Wayne has been great for the Bears.

I do hope it's a positive change though.

Good luck to Ben Gardiner.

Much stronger team than there has been in the past couple of weeks.
interesting to see how Cody Walker goes. I would say he will get his hands on the ball at halfback for a fair chunnk of the game too... he is probably more ready than Nicholls too.

Completely forgot about some of those players. It's a shame, some of them would be able to make the Bears team easily.

Wish the website would make injury updates on the 20's.

Couple for you.

Tom Hughes broke his leg early in the season.
Angus Crichton broke his hand (same injury as Walker) in the same weekend too.

I forgot for a while there too and then I realised lol.

So it's not just 1st grade players that are injured it's in the whole club and the lower grades. It's hard as some of those young guns can't play the consistent footy they want to, to keep developing and improving to push for 1st grade.

North Sydney Bears 32 (J Olive 2, J Roberts, S Manuleleua, M Hyland, A Gray tries; D Nicholls 4 goals) bt Wyong Roos 4 (B Leslie try)
SUMMARY: Under a new coach and new-look halves, the North Sydney Bears looked like a different team against the Wyong Roos. Coming into the game with just one win for the season, the Bears piled on six tries to one thanks to impressive performances by Cody Walker and Darren Nicholls.

Maybe Keary and Cody in the halves for Souths soon.

I think in a few weeks Madge may play Cody off the bench for about 20mins to see how he goes.

I can't see Cody just coming straight in and starting in the halves. It would have to definitely be via the bench imo.

Awesome news. Apparently Cody got man of the match and Sam Manu had a good game. Anyone else have any other news on it? Wish Souths would record the Bears news more often.

Good news with how Cody and Sam played.

Hopefully no injuries concerns came out of the game.
