Beattie just needs to come out announce a 4 team expansion, with 2 now, 2 later (say when, but not where to stop other sports jumping in) and say everyone will have to adjust to the new landscape.

It's all in the media, let's go boys.

Sydney is an absolute shytehole unless you can afford property east of Anzac Parade.

Of course everything is in the too hard basket - the place is stress on a stick. Literally every other city in Australia shits on Sydney from a great height.

There are nice places North of the Harbour too ;)

Bumpkins getting all pissy about Sydney is one of life's joys.

A diet wont change the fact that SFS isnt close to Central.
But you f**kheads who dont know geography from a hole in the head keep spouting bullshit.

Guess I missed the geography lesson that defines close as 950m with no hills or crossings.
Under 1km with dedicated walkways or closed off traffic conditions = Close
Over 1km with no dedicated walkways, no closed off traffic conditions = not close.

I do the walk every time, did it when i was going to wanderers games at Parramatta, do it every time i go to the SFS or SCG(which hits the 2km mark) and 2 of the last 5 times ive walked home from the SFS drunkards have been hit by a car on the S Dowling street section just before fitzroy street because they dont block anything off.
Neither are close to the station because none of them were built with public transport in mind which is why they need a secondary mode of transportation in either bus, or light rail.
Notice how alot of the places that are not close to the station have some kind of free transport options from the closest train station to ground. and alot of the ones that are close dont.
Gee i wonder why that is.

But you guys stick to calling me fat because i like a free hot dog and know geography. Its all your good at beyond the "if i can do it everyone can do it" rhetoric.

They should shut Foveuax St down on game days. The pubs would love it too. Could be our Caxton St.

Doesn't change the distance though Mr Geography.

In all of my almost 40 years on this planet, I can't say I've ever heard someone called fat because they "know geography"... The hot dog I can understand, but not the geography part...

Sure would make the not close walking option a f**k ton safer now wouldnt it.

Its more that i know that the distance between the SFS and Central, and Parramatta station and Pirtek stadium is not close. Which is why they have secondary options from the station because people NEED THEM.
But to these guys, the fact that im advocating that it isnt close, especially compared to the stadiums that ARE close means im fat, too lazy to walk it etc etc etc, despite the fact i walk it every time unless im running late.

Ever lived in Melbourne?

It's the same as Sydney with small town xenophobia tarted up as parochialisism with a serve of fumbling.
