Moylan most likely. Turbo I dont believe. I'd need stats. And not averages I mean season totals. No point using a guy who is always hurt and costing 1 million dollars +

Even considering injuries I'd take Turbo in a heartbeat. He's a top 3 fullback easily. I'd probably put him second after Tedesco now that Slater is retired.

Turbo played 12 games for 8 try assists and 7 linebreak assists.
Gutho played 26 games for 13 try assists and 16 linebreak assists.

Moylan and Turbo are better ball players. Tgey might not be fit as often as Gutho. But you called him the best ball playing fullback which just isn't true. Hes right up there. But Moylan is easily the best ball player and the likes of Turbo, Teddy etc. Are right there with Gutho. Only far better ball runners.

Ponga is a good ball player also. Turbo I agree is the second best fullback in the game, he can definitely ball play he has a nice passing game and vision.

Turbo if fit is no 1 for me.
Freak. His ball playing skills and kicking are no better the the Kings I'd say slightly worse but his defense and running game leaves it for dead. Day and night

Moylan is best ball player in comp I feel.
But he plays soft for a fullback

Caught the highlights eventually.

Agree with those saying Cleary looks good. I think the extra weight/strength really suits his game and props to the conditioning team (and Nath himself) for hitting a frame that I think will maximise his potential. Really hope he has an injury free year.

The Burton/Luai decision is interesting. I like Luai and would like to see him get first crack, but damn did Burton have some sweet touches. That kick for Mansours try was exquisite. For his part Mansour finished it well and had a strong game overall from what I saw. The other rd1 wing spot is his imo.

Aekins was ok, and while he doesn't excite me, I'd have him at the back over Crichton. Give Crichton a centre spot and tell him it's his to lose. That way you both keep Crichton in the side and maximise stability in the backline, with Edwards for Aekins being the only scheduled change in the first few rounds.

Problem with Moylan is that he is continually injured. If you don't get on the field, your no good to anyone.

Yes but Hindy was saying Gutherson is the best ball playing fullback which simply isn't true. He is pretty good at it and a nice reliable player it's just that these guys being named have far more skill at it.

Totally agree Gutherson is average at best. In fact I'd rate Edwards better when fully fit and confident.

I would swap N.Brown for JFH cause I can see he is superior. I'd also swap Matterson or Lane for Kikau for the same reasons. Edwards however I just couldn't do that yet.
Gutherson is currently the 5th best fullback in comp for mine. But I'd swap him for Latrel or Holmes which pushes him to 7th.
Papenhazen also may go past him. And same goes for Lomax so by season and he could slip to 9th.

Again with hindys who vs who, and again go away with your parra players, we couldn't give a rats anus, about gutherson and his hairy balls playing.
We have edwards and aekin, you may shop your alex scab scum to the titans or tigers or just another thread, stop advising us of who we should in the market for, haven't you figured out that we are a development club, we don't turf our juniors unless they get a good, long contract elsewhere, parra on the other hand seem to take whoever they can get, guys like your alex johnston, penrith when in the market decided on specific players, api, zane, kurt. We didnt just pick whoever was available, if we did that we'd go broke, or breach the salary cap

Your vulgar language towards me is not called for. I am just having a discussion with my ideas. Dedicated fans can sometimes become blinded. I am also a Panthers fan but Eels are my no 1 side. My judgment is based less in emotions. It's similar on eels forum and there love for some overated gummies.
