Not teasing at all. Bellamy denied the claims being made publicly today. Doesn’t mean he isn’t staying, just means he is respectful of what is going on.

All I’m suggesting is that it is likely a face to face to commit or decline is something I see as a possibility and an away trip to Melbourne is the chance.

Why would Bellamy want to wait until after this game to announce if he was staying or going. He was also in talks with Brisbane who were hopeful of getting him. Has he informed them of his decision as well? If so why didn’t it break after their game earlier in the season.

To me this has been always just rumour and hopeful approach.

Sponsorship/coaching direction may have just come from the boards work/vision who knows.

Shark shocked to answer your question about timing I can only assume it is to ensure there is no talk of conflict of interest etc similar to when a player moves and the agreement is they don’t play against their old side.

Time will tell either way.

I’m not sold on the timing of possible announcements being indicative of the direction of where things fall. Calling furphy on that.

Professional sport. If it broke before or after the game it has no bearing on the rest of the year that the individual will still spending with one eye / ear on their future job.

I see what you’re saying, and I have no idea whether he is coming or not, but why hasn’t he re-signed with the storm and put it to bed if that’s his decision or announced it if it’s already been done?

He either hasn’t signed anything and is seriously considering all offers or he is waiting for the right time to announce whatever he has signed.

I’m sure his wife’s health issue would delay any sort of decision etc.
