Maybe an independent commission can be used to drug test politicians, Tv and media , bankers and big business people as well.

The more they earn, the more they are likely to do it.

Barba was on holidays after 11 months of straight work. How the f**k is it anyone's right to drug test him in this period?

Drugs, recreational or performance enhancing, is hardly just a sharks problem. Cronulla were put through the ringer it wouldn't be fair to test them more than any other team. I don't mind targeted testing for a guy in Barbas situation when there is a clear policy but you can't do it to whole club imo.
