Maybe he's been humbled a little by this experience and modified his expectations a bit, who knows? Can only hope he doesn't expect to run the situation as was reputed to be the case at the Tiges.

I'm undecided on whether he brings a benefit.
Those stating a case for citing increased desire and better attitude might be right.
Those stating a case against citing age, loss of form and ability might be right.
Only one way to find out.

Won't address the longer term issue. Would give both Williams and Style an opportunity for further development and a chance to show they can dominate in the lower grades if they have it.

Me i'm in two minds.:?
Pluses ability,experience,takes pressure of widdop,as stated before very marketable(kids love him),redemption,confident is his ability to play whats in front of him without price coaching it out of him & hes better than what we have as well as who'll be on the market next year as well.
Minuses,ego,attitude although he may be a bit more humble now.If he does or doesn't sign i wont be slashing my wrists.

I've only just heard of this developement now, haven't seen anything online other than here. If it's true it could be a good thing for the team but he'll look very strange in a Saints jersey I reckon.
I hope we keep Williams on board and work hard with him because that kid has a lot of potential and I thought, deserved more than a couple of fg games to show his worth.
So we will now have a quality back up hooker ( Witt ) to throw on the bench if Rein ( who is playing well anyway ) needs some support.
Just a thought, can Benji play hooker ?

good chance he signs with Dragons.

Best mix between Salary, Chance of winning and lifestyle for Marshall.

Im in NZ too and where the hell did you hear that? cause all im reading over here is he is either going to the Sharks or Storm. Don't get me wrong it would be great to have Benchy in the team but its highly unlikely as I have heard he has said he wouldn't join the Dragons (manager doesnt like and wonttalk to Doust).

I wasn't implying that that's why we're siging him - that wouldn't make any sense - even for the Dragons management.
