I actually though he had a minor stroke 1/3 of the way in. What a laugh/cry.Hard to know whether to laugh or cry.

Buildup to the 2005 preliminary final the Cowboys are on their way to a training session when one of the players shooses the team and turns up the radio
“The Cowboys don’t stand a chance, they shouldn’t even bother turning up. It’s going to be a flogging. The Eels are too good” booms Fatty Vautin.
Cowboys would go on to flog Parramatta 29-0 and become the first North Queensland team to make the grand final.

Is there much written about the Coffs incident?Yep got it for Christmas. Been enjoying it as well, I can trust it as a truthful autobiography.
One of the chapters I’ve read today is the one about the 2005 season and once I saw this comment from Vautin I immediately thought of this thread.

Anything by Mick Morgan, it's simply magical. He's in his own little world, inventing new names for everyone.
Still not as bad as Hadley commentating a Broncos game.Is that this bloke? Excellent passion.
HahahaYears ago, a player who I can't recall was injured, writhing around grabbing at his knee.
He's taken off and a few minutes later Rabs asks Blocker for an update - "Yeah Rabs he's hurt his shoulder".
Stunned silence.

Reminds me of a channel 9 game either last season or the one before where Inglis was sent off the field for HIA and all the commentators said he'd redone his ACL. It took them 15 minutes to realise what happened.
They just keep playing for each other...Just like his ‘he has good leg speed’. WTF, just say he runs fast.
