I think they would have been better to go with Magpies than Tigers but I get it all boils down to marketing, hence why they feel the need to adopt identities that have zero relevance to Australia.

Might want to look into the reasoning behind why Balmain were called the Tigers. A merger was never going to be called the Wests Magpies nor the Balmain Magpies. Makes no sense.

If you actually answered a question asked instead of thinking it was asked to lead to something other than clarifying your opinion/position on the topic you raised we may have been able to have an interesting discussion on the topic.
