So white and marsh can play for the stars despite getting picked for the aussie team and sandhu can't play for the thunder?

One rule for the Victorians one rule for everyone else. Are they trying to rig the comp like the vfl?

Yeah I don't get it. Unless its because Sandhu is a definate starter and White and Marsh aren't certainties, but there's every chance they'll both play.

Stars game is on Wednesday in Melbourne (ODI is in Hobart two days later)

Thunder game is on today in Sydney, one day before the ODI in Hobart
We expect Sandhu to play, then flight it over to Hobart (late tonight or early tomorrow) and play the next day? Really?

Yeah fair enough, I just assumed once you're added to a squad it would rule you out of BBL.

The semi finals will be interesting. Can the Sixers still host a semi ?

Going by this I assume they can't.

The Sixers have named an unchanged 13-man squad for the second Sydney Smash of the campaign. It will be veteran Brett Lee's final BBL outing at the SCG after he announced his retirement last week. The men in magenta have already locked up a semi-final spot and sit in fourth place on eight points. They could mathematically jump up to third if they thump the Thunder but it's more likely they'll stay in fourth place and have to play a semi final against the Strikers in Adelaide

Lee 0/38 - 4 overs

Probably couldn't have wished for a worst last home game performance
Considering Thunder only got 154

Why the hell would you fly a bloke out from South Africa for one game when you've already missed the finals?

Wouldn't giving a young western Sydney grade cricketer a chance be a better option?

Excellent crowd. Adelaide should crack 40k again foe the third time this tournament (maybe closer to 50k)

A shame the final is played in Canberra with only 13k capacity. Should've retained home final format
