I actually disagree. STHs have received caps included as part of their deal for some time, without it costing an extra $70 increase (or a $45 increase, if you factor out the $25 FC membership component - which came with it's own key ring anyway).

Yes, we've got the caps before (and a slightly better quality).

But this year we've got the keyring, the cooler bag (at work today as my lunch box) andthe yearbook coming

I think it's a satisfactory pack, as either an add on to a ticket or FC membership (I'd have been satisfied if I had just paid $70 for membership, but thats just me).

I'd still like there to be an option for those who dont want to part with $70, and I hope next year we're not getting the same stuff, but personally I'm satisfied after picking up my pack.

I'm happy with my pack. The hat is fine, the keyring etc are fine but most of all i'm a member again. :D

As has been said before... There must be some huge scones out there cos i normally find the hats a bit on the small side.

I got my voucher for the Blue Blood pack, though it only cost me the $25 FC membership fee. I think i just was lucky to gett he membership at that time they releasing the packs.

Am i going to be able to pick up my pack from the Manly match? I will usually only make the trip up from canberra to see a sunday arvo against manly.

FYI, according to the site that shall not be named, membership card holders for lanyards (which were seemingly omitted from the packs) are available FREE of charge from the BGA shop

So they want us to wear the memberships now ?

Might be a good Idea if the card holders are mailed out along with the year boojs in that case?

After getting my pack, i would pay $70 just for the keyring! I love it!

Anyways, it isn't bad even for $70, the hat is nowhere near as bad as i though it would be......i am pretty sure we have had worse!

I understand why some people wouldn't want it because maybe a 50 or 60 year old doesn't need the "Bells and whistles" so if they cater for those next year i can't imagine there would be much that would upset many people.

Exactly. I don't want one... I keep mine in my wallet, along with the mothballs. :(
I'm the same, i knew if I kept my season ticket in the lanyard I would either misplace it it or forget it on game day. I just use my lanyard for my access pass at work

the point MITS is trying to make is that getting asked to show our card everytime we need to access the grandstand stairs is going to be a regular occurrence. If you have the card hanging around your neck it will make things easier when you have 2 beers in your hands.

Why would they want you to show your membership card? :? (while holding only 2 beers )

Well I guess that's a decision for him. Besides he's said on previous occasions that he already has a lanyard card holder. I sit in the terrace so I don't have that problem.

that's the question isn't it? seems to be a waste of staff if you ask me.

I actually didn't have to show mine, but I saw plenty that were.
