I'm sick of getting freaking hats that don't fit every year though, can we get a scarf or a beanie or even a flag once in awhile. Just to change it up abit

the hats are rather small .... looks like they've gone cheap to try and save a bit of money :?

The cap looks good but I found it to small as usual. I wish I had the option of picking the size of the cap rather than just the "one-size fits all" cap they give out

At least I'm not the only person with the small hat / fat head issue

well mine fits - but its clearly a cheap cap .... I expect the other stuff to be cheap crap, but I've always liked that you got a decent cap as a STH - I like my caps .... but I guess the cost cutters have moved in

I would be happy with the option of a larger hat or even a visor

Visor would be excellent. The benefits of a cap without the flat hair that results. Like a few others, I have a large melon and sounds like the cap won't fit. My old Eels cap (2005 I think) is a bit ragged from all the wear and it's time for a new one.

got my pack today, and yep hat doesn't fit, will just add it to the pile of 8 season ticket hats I already have that dont fit. i'm glad Parramatta think that a standard size head is a made in china one. Next year maybe go one of those flex fit ones then I may have a chance

For those who paid for postage, did you have to pick it up from the post office or was it delivered to your door?

Like most, I have hats from previous years , these will going to the 8 and 6 year old grandsons, actually I will give them each a pack as I have 2 season tickets.

I guess it is sort of a gesture of membership, better hats in the past I believe.

in all honesty, the stuff is mostly rubbish ... I am not bothered cos at the end of the day it didn't really cost me anything more than what I normally fork out each year (STH + footy club member) .... but to be charging ppl $80 for it - geez, I'd struggle to justify that ..... yes ppl are supporting their club, but the club could still offer some half decent stuff in return ...... maybe its all good for kids??? but I don't know if its aimed at kids

I see what you are saying strides....for instance maybe they could offer an option to choose when signing up for either:

a) Polo shirt
b) Pack of goodies

If it was for my kids I would probably choose the pack of goodies but for mine I may just opt for a polo shirt (the decent ones that the players wear).

Lets break it down into pieces and go through it.First off it's not worth $80 bucks as a stand alone pack, go and buy a training top or a polo or a beanie and a scarf for the kids. As a pack included with membership its adequate though slightly cheap but it's better then efforts in previous years

Tattoo's - i'm 31 and won't be wearing them doubt the older folk who sit in the mick cronin stand around me would either

Hat - Cheap to touch and small in size, useless to me

Coasters - their cardboard and will be a once only use

Lunch bag - semi useful will hold a couple of sandwiches and a piece of fruit

Keyring - on the keys already hopefully won't break :D

Lanyard - just a lanyard , no plastic sleeve to slip your season ticket into like most clubs include with a lanyard

Yearbook - still coming no E.T.A

All up might cost the club 15 bucks max and they are on selling it to people for 80 bucks decent mark up if u can get it

The guys in the BGA store are very helpful though and very polite, may need to look at a changing room to try stuff on though, they were making people try things on in the store room today.

It's a step in the right direction but yes there are still things they can refine and enhance for their members

I don't think I'd even expect a polo - a decent hat, a nice key ring (the one in there is probably the best thing in the pack tbh) and a pen would probably do me .... but yeah, stickers and tattoos for a 38 yr old??? :?

I'm a bit baffled by the lanyard thing too - should we drill a hole in the season ticket to attach it?

but as I said, it really wasn't an extra expense for me, so meh .... I would have liked a better hat like past years tho
