miguel, i think you know these documents i seen on forums

http://www.catalansdragons.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=834&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=30

http://forums.france2.fr/france2/rugby/questions-rugbyman13-minos88-sujet_6623_1.htm

note:
* the photo: the man with the ball in his hands is Max Rousié who worked 2 up to 3 years for vichy (he wasn't the alone leaguer) and not very far from Draguignan, the man with the moustache is pascot; you can verify with M. Rylance or 13Actif
* the French republic documents: broadcasting false documents it is several thousand euro of penalties and years of jail, for a state civil servant penalties and jail it is worse; you can verify by example with L. Bonnery (a state civil servant)

We haven't the same references and sources:
* you the youngs on forums
* me Leaguers (managers, players, fans) of the years 40s or 50s, Historians of the French RL (M. Rylance, L. Bonnery, R. Verdier, A. Amila, .....), French republic documents who/which are/represent the IDIOTS, the Madmen, the Raving madmen in the French RL

Paley, regarding as from 1944 ru players in rl (the purchases)
we haven't the same references and sources:
* you the youngs on forums
* me Leaguers (managers, players, fans) of the years 40s or 50s, Historians of the French RL (M. Rylance, L. Bonnery, R. Verdier, A. Amila, .....), who are/represent the IDIOTS, the Madmen, the Raving madmen in the French RL

Conclusion: a French leaguer (managers, players, fans) over 57 years old or an Historian of the French RL is:
* an IDIOT,
* a MADMAN,
* RAVING MAD,
* SENILE and
hold the PARKINSON ILLNESS,
hold the ALZEIMER ILLNESS.

So, for jpds and Clive Woody, which part of the French "Commission of Enquiry Into Sport in France during the Occupation" (2002) do you disagree with?

Calixte, i read jpds here: http://leopards.forumactif.com/, i think he knowns French RL better than you and better than me.
Regarding the "Commission of Enquiry Into Sport in France during the Occupation" (2002): what does it write ?: 1 page of Generalities that we all know, provide none documents and statements for the properties sized/robbed by the vichy government;
. if you have the documents and statements for the properties sized/robbed by the vichy government or the affectation to ru put them here; In your job do you work without evidences ?,
I think you know the vichy decree of 29 december 1941: into the French laws (administrative, financial, legal, .....), is the federation LFR.13 the same thing than its clubs ???

Calixte,
my understanding is you are an international lawyer, specialist in French laws: civil, commercial, sports, banking, constitutionnal, penal, consummers, financial, customs, associative, ....

- What is the statute of the sport federations in France ?
- What is the statute of the sport clubs in France ?
- what is the statute of the National Technical Director ?, of the Regional Technical Advisors ?, of the Departemental Technical Advisors ? in the French sport federations

Is US Villeneuve.13 a branch ? or a subsidiary ? of the FFR.13, or an independant NGO ?
in aug. 2004 US Villeneuve.13 fell in bankruptcy, why to avoid the bankruptcy the FFR.13 didn't take in charge the debts of the club ?

Is AS Carcassonne.13 a branch ? or a subsidiary ? of the FFR.13, or an independant NGO ? or an independant EUSRL ?
in sept. 2007 AS Carcassonne.13 EUSRL fell in bankruptcy,
- why to avoid the bankruptcy the FFR.13 didn't take in charge the debts of the club ?,
- why to avoid the bankruptcy the AS Carcassonne.13 NGO didn't take in charge the debts of the club AS Carcassonne.13 EUSRL ?

In France, the properties of the clubs are they the properties of their respective federations ?

In France on my knowledge only 1 rugby stadium is private, is this stadium the property of the Stade Toulousain RU ?, or the property of the multi-sport club Stade Toulousain ?, or the property of the NGO "Les Amis du Stade Toulousain" ?, or the property of a company/several companies like EDF or Total or Bouygues or EADS or IBM or .... ?

In Perpignan,
- for the stadium Gilbert Brutus, who is the Owner and Lessor ? who is the Lessee and Occupant ?
- for the stadium Aimé Giral, who is the Owner and Lessor ? who is the Lessee and Occupant ?
In Paris,
- for the stadium Parc des Princes, who is the Owner and Lessor ? who is the Lessee and Occupant ?
- for the stadium Jean Bouin, who is the Owner and Lessor ? who is the Lessee and Occupant ?
In Villeneuve,
- for the stadium Robert de la Myre Mory, who is the Owner and lessor (simple Convention of Mise à disposition and use) ? who is/are the lessee(s) (right of disposition and use) and occupant(s) ?

Perhaps in Australia
RL clubs and stadiums are the properties of the ARL,
same thing for clubs and stadiums of your other sport federations.

Calixte as your are very fluent in French, you know this:
"Pas plus sourd que celui qui veut pas voir, Pas plus aveugle que celui qui veut pas entendre, Savoir faire l'âne pour avoir du son ou, Savoir faire du son pour avoir l'âne ou, Savoir faire l'âne pour savoir faire du son ou, Savoir faire du son pour savoir faire l'âne ".

He is not a XV supporter. He is a bloke who has become dispondant with league in France, the way it is being run, the people running it. He targets, sometimes aggressively, other league supporters who he believes fail to see the truth behind what is and happened in the game, particularly during the Vichy period where he claims most of what french league supporters claim happened did not in fact happen.

I am not in a position to validate or deny these claims.

If thats the case, I want to know if he is happy about Les Catalans being in SL now and if he thinks FFRX111 are now starting to do the right thing?

Why is that strange ?

All of all in RU very strongly hate RL

All of all in RL very strongly hate RU

What is the Fair play ? the Honesty ?

(but sometimes when a mutual financial advantage occurs, the federations or clubs make an effort ;
or the problem have been solved many years ago between FFRU, Republic, FFRL
you have the official diplomacy but also you have the existence of the secret diplomacy in sport)

PS: Table tennis, Badmington, Jeu de Paume encountered, have had the same problems with tennis and vichy (forbidden also by it): i have never read hate of these 3 sports against tennis or vichy (perhaps hate has been existed in the past); same thing for the 3 other sport federations Forbidden by vichy.
They don't omit their dramatic past even if they make no noise about it but Since 1944 these 3 sports and 3 federations make and continue their best efforts to conduct their development i.e. their priority.

Those sports don't play on tennis courts, they don't use the same facilities, 3 of those sports do not get big spectator numbers ex for maybe Table tennis in China, it is nothing like what RL has gone through with Union in France.

Table Tennis has it so hard it's made it's way to the Olympics. :roll:

You don't have Table Tennis bosses mouthing off at Tennis and doing underhanded tricks to get rid of it or vis versa, the same can't be said for some union types and their supporters, ie, the fans.

Yes man

Moreover FSGT, UFOLEP, USEP
were also very small sports federations
with hundreds of thousands of members
and with very important properties
(many much than RL)

Sometimes, when I went to play tabletennis in college at uni, the ball was missing :shock: :sarcasm:

Othertimes, someone had stepped on it

let me guess, they are all XViste stadiums, according to you. I don't find this strange however, as the FFRXIII obviously have very little choice when it comes to finding a ground to play at outside of the SW. They are obliged to make a deal with the devil.

If you find this strange that the FFRXIII is actually cooperating with its rival, I see no problem with this at present, the FFRXV would not at all feel threatened by XIII at this point in time. But you just wait until XIII starts (if ever) to pull some weight in France - Laporte and his croonies will not sit down and watch passively.

Pourtant la location du match à Paris a été confirmée, et il aura lieu à Jean Bouin.

This is a deadset ringer for Olympic Park - 12,000 capacity with a runnin track to boot. Parc de Princes is just across the way (the MCG if you will) with a capacity of 44,000.

It is good to see, in my opinion the RFFXIII upping the ante here, as compared to the past 10 years they are actually playing some games in larger population centers, which really they should do considering it is the friggin FRENCH NATIONAL TEAM.
