Do you think it’s got anything to do with having some of the best queensland players of all time playing for them? They are also very popular in NZ.
Now they are full of nsw players their membership will probably go up in nsw as well lol. Everyone loves a winner.

They replaced the Broncos as a quasi-Origin team in the eyes of people who get on the Maroons bandwagon but have no real loyalty to any club.
