So basically wbtiktok and pipsqueak have no idea but decided to post anyway.
At least they're consistent.

The pieman (aka The ALT) is a big supporter of theirs so that should tell you everything. So basically wbtiktok and pipsqueak have no idea but decided to post anyway.

The question you ask is pretty much moot, given that only Redcliffe, Easts & Ipswich (last time in conjunction with the Bombers bid, this time seemingly in conjunction with Newtown) have put bids forward.I dont know enough about Qld cup teams..
Aside from Easts and Redcliffe, which clubs are financially strong?

That indicates to me that either a) no other Brisbane club has the wherewithal to put up an NRL bid or b) if they did, they just have no appetite to bid for an NRL spot.
Good point, and I'd forgotten about that bid. It didn't really stick around long though, did it?Didnt the Brothers club also put in a bid?
I'd like to talk through the benefits of Ipswich Jets linking up with Newtown Jets.
From a financial perspective how does this benefit Ipswich's bid to join the NRL? I'm hearing that a union with Newtown will bring in finance via John Singleton, but is that going to a groundbreaking level of finance?
There must be better options on the table for Ipswich. Any suggestions folks?
