Aside from Easts and Redcliffe, which clubs are financially strong?

The question you ask is pretty much moot, given that only Redcliffe, Easts & Ipswich (last time in conjunction with the Bombers bid, this time seemingly in conjunction with Newtown) have put bids forward.

That indicates to me that either a) no other Brisbane club has the wherewithal to put up an NRL bid or b) if they did, they just have no appetite to bid for an NRL spot.
