No it was reported they didn't think he was big enough and the trainer said give me an offseason with him, he apparently worked hard that offseason and earned his debut that season, but yeah sounds like an attitude problem lol keep making shit up fellas.
Actually I don’t, it was reported at the time that Ivan in particular didn’t rate him
Maybe you should take Martinlangs advice and realise he is gone and move on

Pull your head out of your butt and meet reality instead of trying to rewrite history. Bob is correct - they didn't rate him and he was going to be let go. He got a reprieve when a FG player was injured and he was limited in the number of games he could play in first grade as he was, from memory, in the second tier of cap players and could only play so many games before infringing salary cap rule.

Take some cement with your coffee and harden up princess.

I am pretty sure Barba was shown the door from the sharks...
.

He was banned from the NRL for testing positive to cocaine, they tried to keep him on a lesser deal. He had a fantastic year on the field under Flanno, his best since the Dally M years, they werrent the same team without Barba last season.

So bob is correct he was going to be released because of a bad attitude? lol that is complete horseshit.

Obviosuly he was in the second tier if they weren't even going to keep him at all, I doubt even we hand out FG contracts because the trainer says so.

Only by the NRL. Sharks tried to re-sign him but the NRL gave him the 12 week ban.

So what's the difference in effect?

The effect is irrelevant since we're discussing clubs getting rid of players for misconduct. We booted Moylan and the Sharks are stockpiling good players regardless (trying to in Barba's case). You could say we have the moral high ground but they can clearly work with these guys on a man management level and we can't.

So in that case Flanno wants his son playing with a Coke head. Seg that was warned by cops for talking to bikies. Gray that OD on pain killers....

He clearly doesn't care.

This is giving me a headache. Cartwright and Moylan sought and were granted releases. There is yet a ball to be kicked in the 2018 season. Yet some believe we should all don sack cloth and ashes, and begin chanting woe is.

Not my point at all.
