why are we rating hookers on their TA's and LBA's? is this some new thing that i missed the memo on? a fantasy league generation thing?
Hookers are usually rated on their quality of service and defense last I noticed..

Name any method whatsoever used to rate hookers and I guarantee Buderus ain't anywhere near the top of the ladder.
He's done nothing this year. Makes a standard 30 odd tackles that every hooker in the game makes, while setting up no attacking play whatsoever nor possessing anything resembling a kicking game.
Farah and Hinchcliffe are fare more deserving of the blues no.9 jersey than he, although personally I'd go with Hinchcliffe as he is not a proven origin dud like Farah is.
I haven't looked at no stats.Well hows this for a stat: farah misses less tackles then buderus per game and plays more minutes
"Makes a standard 30 odd tackles that every hooker in the game makes".
You either only read the stats or don't know how to watch a defensive line.
Buderus may not be an attacking dynamo, but his defense is better than any other hooker out there.

Cameron Smith is a better at everything than Buderus, including defence, although Buderus is still a good defender.
Does not in any way make him a walk up start for NSW
Tigers squad, yeah?I just asked 37 nrl players and they all said farah is a better defender then buderus and Mullen combined
Buderus is a better defender than Cam Smith. Running around and being second-man in on a heap of tackles after your props make the initial tackle doesn't make you a better defender than a guy making first contact more often than not. This is also why you'll get geniused stats like Farah(who is the biggest culprit of hiding behind his pack) missing less tackles than Buderus.
Smith is a good defender, but not in the way Buderus is. He has it miles ahead of Buderus in every other category.
And very quickly you've gone from saying Buderus would be nowhere near the top of any category to only naming Smith as a better defender.
