Non-believing to the extent they are religious (very careful to do something whenever it can or should be done) about not being religious.

There is one fact we do know and that is that Will's old man never let his Mormom faith get in the way of his appalling behaviour.

The existence of God.......could this help get Will to reconsider his Sunday ban on playing.
Bertrand Russell:

In an article titled "Is There a God?" commissioned, but never published, by Illustrated magazine in 1952, Russell wrote:

Many orthodox people speak as though it were the business of sceptics to disprove received dogmas rather than of dogmatists to prove them. This is, of course, a mistake. If I were to suggest that between the Earth and Mars there is a china teapot revolving about the sun in an elliptical orbit, nobody would be able to disprove my assertion provided I were careful to add that the teapot is too small to be revealed even by our most powerful telescopes. But if I were to go on to say that, since my assertion cannot be disproved, it is intolerable presumption on the part of human reason to doubt it, I should rightly be thought to be talking nonsense. If, however, the existence of such a teapot were affirmed in ancient books, taught as the sacred truth every Sunday, and instilled into the minds of children at school, hesitation to believe in its existence would become a mark of eccentricity and entitle the doubter to the attentions of the psychiatrist in an enlightened age or of the Inquisitor in an earlier time.[2]

Wills' gonna be broke by the time his career in religion kicks off.
10% of his gross to the church. And at least another 5% to his agent. The taxman and his old man.
Can't be much left after he pays the bills.
I hope kolob is worth it will.

You are like an atheist version of a religious nutter.

Sorry buddy, I am starting to go on a bit. I've just been unlucky enough to work with a couple of religious guys and they always come in and change everything to suit themselves.
This guy at work at the moment complained to HR about us cooking bacon on the work BBQ cause his religion doesn't allow him to eat of anything that has touched pork, no bacon at work, no bloody bacon cause it will offend him, not to mention a whole list of other crap we have had to change cause we don't want to be discriminating.

Take in a frying pan.
It'll take longer but it'll be worth it.

Jesus says in the book of Matthew to sell all our of your worldly possessions and give it all to the poor so that you will have treasure in heaven.

Nope not allowed, no pork products at work or we lose our job plain and simple we were told, boss said it's easier to just make a blanket rule then deal with his non stop threats of discrimination, guy even got down to whinging about us using the cutlery and not knowing which knifes and forks or plates had touched bacon, work had to buy all new cutlery and what not.

The Evengelical atheists are still going...

Hey Foreign, have the evangelicals on here managed to change your mind. From my reading of this, no one on here is trying to convert anyone. Not unless Will is reading these posts. I am learning so much by reading the post from both sides of the divide.

Can you get a doctor to certify you need to take pork daily to get around this imposition?

Lobby for a private room to be set aside or built for exlclusive use for you and your "work mates" to "eat pork" together. A sort of prayer room if you like.

I can see how this frustrates you. Do you see the religious aspect as the driver or does the person just have a confrontational approach?

I dislike blaket bans in general but especially when no effort is made to get a bit of give and take between parties.
