A culture change doesn't mean you'll have perfect behaviour from 100% of your employees until the end of time.

A culture change means how often incidents happen is reduced and when they do happen they're dealt with better.

So far the Bulldogs have handled everything quite well.

I agree, this smells of something more and the wording doesnt sound as if it is Ben asking for time to sort out his crap. Sounds more like Dogs management are fed up with him on some level because he didnt do something they asked/expected.

Yeah there is a worry that there is much more behind this. Tandy's compulsive gambling habbit put him in a very bad spot as we all know (not throwing accusations)

If that is true it will be sad. Until any such time as that happens though he is doing the right thing for himself and family and that in itself is honourable
