Teams firstly need to be attacking-minded to expose weak defences - something all BL sides are.

Whilst that is true, the games i saw teams didn't need to be that attack minded as the defenders just let them through.

Maybe it is down to the fact the German league has had a diving problem for ages so defenders are taught at an early age not to tackle. Then when they get to the top league they suddenly find themselves in trouble when they have to do it.

Some of the marking was down to a lack of communication or the set up was plain wrong. Hopefully teams can sort this but i honestly doubt more than two of the teams have defenders capable of doing it.

Great defending against Paraguay showcasing how poor German football is. With all the keen German football fans around here I'm surprised it didn't get mentioned tbh

Lol Hummels, midfielder pretending to be a central defender. "Oh but he can play out from the back"

Mandzukic is such a quality forward. Bayern would be smart to keep him IMO.

What a goal from Kiyotake!

Still, impressive start from Hertha. May even stay up this time

Another terrible weekend of Bundesliga action. Shit defending keeps going on with 21 goals in 7 games, lots of penalties scored and missed (David Alolaba,) 7 red cards in 3 games,

Gladbach's second goal was comedy
FCB's first would look great accompanied by the Benny Hill theme and I'm not sure how Robben can get past 3 players for the second
Freiburg's second and Hoppenheim's third were hilarious too

All that and Hertha players bang under age girls

Eintracht's first goal was hilarious but their second was Bundesliga at its best

Another goal from a penalty too in the FCA VfB match too.

Thiago out for a while it seems, reports saying he might not be playing again until November.

Weakened team against Freiburg with an eye on saturday, TT?
