I don't use the toob in BO's but I do have a tobb-killing class. Flack Jacket Pro etc. Works a treat if I go into a game and guys are flinging grenades all over the map. This class also rocks a missile launcher to get rid of pesky planes and choppers and such.

And I don't play any games other than Free for All or Team Deathmatch. I used to play HQ but it got a little too crazy. Guys just spawning left right and centre. I might get on tonight and have a go.

lol now comparing sniping to toobing. The difference is a sniper bullet actually has to hit the player (and in BO, you have to get them in torso or head for a kill). Whereas you can just fire off a toob into the distance, land it 10m away from the enemy and still get a kill. No comparison really.

I must admit, in BO there are bugger all snipers (and tubers for that matter). You couldn't play a MW2 game without being sniped.

Just played a few games. Didn't see any campers, tubers or snipers at all. I did get butt raped by a lot of SMG-toting guys though.

I'm getting over blackops, it's good fun but i've been getting bored of it. No worries about it seeing as the new Pokemon games come out soon, i plan to catch all 1000 of them.

Is it possible to delete the map pack off the Xbox? I played matches on Stadium, Berlin Wall and Discovery and the other did the exact same thing: guard up one area, lay prone and fire from a distance. f**k that, I'm sick of being stuck with sh*t maps like them and running in to dickless jerkoff's who lay prone all game.

There is a way on PS3. Dunno about Xbox, just try uninstalling it?

You can just go into System Settings > Memory > Games > Black Ops and deleted it.

What I did was move the map pack to a USB stick, easier than redownloading every time I want to play them (never so far).

Putting it on a USB sounds like the smart thing to do because I like Ascension but those online maps suck dick.

No problem with it. It's not a camping thing, it's a developer screwup. Wouldn't take much, as the commentator mentions, to rectify it. Exploiting a shortfall in games isn't cheating so I don't see the problem. Bottomline is that not everybody could do this, & those that take the time to work it out should be able to rape & pillage until things change.

I've joined games like that. Instead of whining like a little kid I switch lobbies. There will always be dicks playing these games.

I used to play some games on MW2 where dudes were crate boosting. They were hiding in a hidden area and knifing each other. They'd drop a tactical flare and respawn in that exact place and repeat racking up massive kills. Guys would go 30-0 and there was always some player who would go 0-28 or something. I even had a booster class set up to help hunt these guys down. I'd get so many triple kills a game and they'd whine and then rage quit.

In conclusion: it is a game.

I just know it is a game. If I don't like the game or map I am playing, I will either quit or play another map. Gamers will always find the easiest ways to be annoying. Developers are on top of it. Tactical insertions are no longer allowed in Free For All games in Black Ops so people don't rank up with cheating kills.

I would say that every single game has some sort of exploit in it. You can either whine about it or quit and play a new game. Easy.

I just can't understand the motivation in doing it though. Surely it can't be that fun sitting there and pressing one button for 10 minutes. All it does is prove that they are pretty sh*t at the game. Developer screwup or not, doesn't change the fact its a bitch tactic.
