Please enlighten me about what is incorrect. What I stated has been widely publicized, but I suppose Sharts supporters only trust the Shire Times. Fmd. Did you read the article in the link I posted?

I'm not sit and correct everyone on everything but just as a push in the right direction, the company to source TPAs wasn't set up until 2017 for starters.

Here’s another article from NRL.com if you want something more official.

https://www.nrl.com/news/2019/03/05/why-barry-russell-is-cronulla-sharks-greatest-loss/

Enjoy Sharties.

“NRL officials insisted the Sharks were under the salary cap in their premiership-winning season but had breached the rules by not disclosing a series of third-party agreements between 2013 and 2016.”

The Kent article alleges that whilst the Sharts were under the cap in 2016, they still cheated by paying undisclosed tpas.

“In 2017, the breaches were on another level as a former Cronulla director allegedly paid money to a company set up to provide third-party deals for players as the club tried desperately to keep its title-winning team together.”

Why can’t the awesome sharties keep a ceo for longer than 5 minutes??

“However, the biggest loss for the Sharks is that of Russell, who has now become the latest in a long list of CEOs that didn't last long in the job, including the likes of Bruno Cullen, Steve Noyce and Lyall Gorman.”

“I’m not sit”? Who are you then?!

Ehh for starters, I didn’t say WHEN the company was set up, just that it was. When is irrelevant. It is simply evident of the seriousness of the cheating.

Oh you got me, Columbo, I missed a word. Panthers fan right? I should probably use video instead of text, keep it more your speed.

No you didn't say when it started. I was helping you out there.

And what's the tenure of our CEOs matter? Your mob hailed Corey Payne as the next big thing in sports admin and he was gone 4 months later. At least Barry got through a calendar.

2 sets of books, one with actual pay (shown to NRL) and one with undisclosed payments. Much the same as setting up a company as a front to top up contracts.
It that all you have. FMD

Ok hints...

A. How much in total was the Storm done for?
B. Storm was between 2006 and 2010 (I think) is that correct?
C. What % of the then CAP was the Storm caught cheating over that period
D. How did the total amount over the cap compare to the total cap in 2006?
E. Did the Storm own up and self report or did they hide it?

When you find the answers, then compare.

They should have just awarded the cheated GF teams the title

Yeah it isn't perfect, but at least those premierships aren't in limbo so some moron can come out and make stupid claims like 2contractCam

Cameron Smith should be immediately drug tested. He must be on something!

3.7million over the cap.

Boat at G.I’s house he doesn’t know how it got there.

2 sets of books.

Oh and Bellamy didn’t know anything about it.........

Players didn’t know anything about it.....

Thanks for reminding me Cam why I hate the Melbourne Storm so much.

But I thought the Storm players didn't care?

"We know what happened, you can't take the feeling/memories away, if you want our rings back come and get them etc"

Personally I thought the Sharks got off lightly, but lol at Cam trying to get back the premierships.
