does he need to go?

Hes associated with failure and loss and yet here he is still running onto the field with drinks telling our players what to do.
Yet here we are are losing badly. Is there a reason to keep him in the system?

wondering how him being in the Warriors setup gets in the heads of our players. Now that Brian Smith is here, wondering if Cappy should be looking elsewhere for work.

Yes, let him go. In saying that perhaps he is the ideal assistant coach? Much like Kearney and Stacey ... oh no we’re doomed.

He' the messenger and you don' shoot the messenger !

The fact that we have had so many coaches that were perfectly good before they got here would suggest the problem ain' the coaches ?

Goes a bit deeper than that.

I don' care who they sign re coaching staff, super trainers etc.. if their strings are being pulled by the same f**kwits at head office, well still be laying in the gutter on struggle street.

Club is a f**king joke..

Kind of agree, the club is a f**king joke run by arrogant f**ktards

That said, exactly which coach was perfectly good before he got here - on paper some might say Monie, but he 'coached' Sterling et al and then Wigan, Elliott probably the next most proven in NRL - but he just proved that he was sub par through his whole NRL career, then there's Bluey. Cleary and Anderson (obviously the two best, had only had lower level success) and then the rest are completely useless including the incumbent - who proved me wrong when I thought a change from McFadden had to be in the positive direction - not his fault, obviously the head office again

Yes, he should go.

However well suited he may be to his current role, and he may not be, it's inappropriate for the old coach to be running the water.

Personally I don't have an issue with Cappy there, although I do understand the argument.

If we fail, it's not because of who is taking the water on the field.

If you took over as the boss at your work, would you want the old boss hanging around, chatting to your staff all day?

I am not saying that McFadden is undermining Kearney- Kearney seems to do that well enough on his own. But it’s just not smart
