I've been informed of some very interesting information regarding Todd.

Now take this as you will but it's from a very reliable source.

To my surprise:

- There are board members that want Todd(back)at the club
- Todd wants to play for the Sharks
- When asked by Noyce about the punishment he deserved Todd offered 250k plus a 3 month suspension. Noyce told Todd that was sufficient however 20 minutes later he text all players about the clubs decision to sack todd.

Now I for one thought this was the end of the matter and was looking forward to moving on. After hearing this it tells me we may this may not be the end of the matter.

If it means the board make a decision to get rid of Noyce I'm not sure but if anyone has any connections to anyone on the board they could possibly back this up 100%

You are correct when you hear Todd wants to come back. His close mates at the club, most notably Wade Graham are doing everything they can to get him back on deck.

What is incorrect, or maybe a bit mis leading from your mail, is it was not Noyce's call to sack Todd. Noyce was just the face to the media.

It's very commendable that he has mates in the playing group trying to get him back, but where were these guys while Todd was going off the rails earlier in the year?

I take your point, But at tods age he should be able to function in society without minders

Agree, but you'd think some of his good 'mates' would have a quiet word and tell him to pull his head in?

Is there a chance of a happy ending to all this CB?
For TC and the Sharkies??

Wade Graham saved him from an assault charge at Maccas.

At the moment, no.

He absolutely wants to come back. The only loophole is the shabby way the club actually sacked him. If the club want him back then thats an easy way to make it happen.

I've just checked in the very back corner of the locker.

We have one or two brand new NRL lifelines and it looks like there are a few 2nd hand ones.

The ones I picked up had .... I couldn't make it out clearly, but I think it had B. Barber or something like that scratched out on the nametag and there was another one that just had Hartleys - Snake - Watty - on it.

There was one right down the bottom of the locker that had - now it was hard to make out but I think it had Lui on it.

We might be able to use one next year after Toddy does a short stint in a rehab somewhere.

For some strange reason I think they will play the "Flanagan was a Father figure mentor to Todd and when he was stood down he lost his way". Because Rugby League has such low standards now, that could actually work.

From my understanding Flanno was filthy on the sacking - he will be pushing hard to get him back as well I suspect.

Can't see Carney coming back Flano or no Flano ... It would make the board (not that they need any more help) look like morons.

As for Carney himself.. Would be great to see him restart himself overseas or even pop up at the Cowboys? It would sting but Cronulla is not the team for him anymore...

Ask him about the Roadpantry at Goulburn a few weeks before the bubbler incident.

Sometimes its better to let sleeping dogs lie, TC.
