CAYLE$$ is our forward leader yet he's the sofftest forward since Andrew Langford and Peter Mchail

what a waste of $400,000 a year!

It's a bit like the bloke in the under 6's who yells instructions to the kids on the field for the whole game.

Are these blokes so dumb they can't remember instructions from a max 40 minutes previously?
f**k I hate runners on the field.

i know this is off topic - but back when I was about 19 and played aussie rules, our team (baulko) had all 3 grades in the Grand Finals (u20s, res, 1sts) and when the u20s played their game, against manly, the manly team DEADSET had 12 runners on the field for most of the game - we were standing on the sideline counting them - they almost had 1 per player (18 players on the field in aussie rules) ... i think our club made a complaint during the game - but there was no rule to stop it, the rules really only said they had to wear white

Cayless was the players player last night. Not sure if that's saying much though considering how we played.

I think 3 players can hold their head up high, Tautai came of age as a firstgrade back, Joel was extremely committed to the cause and Matt Keating was his typical self.

My only concern with Tautai is that sometimes he looks lost where as a bloke like Inu when he first came in looked at home.

yeah, he looks lost for sure I noticed that a few times, bear in mind that he hadn't played centr at all until last night so he had his work cut out, but physically he appeared more willing than he had been in the past and his leg drive improved rapidly from the game against penrith.

The Rooster forwards were just running and hitting so much harder than our guys, you could hear their hits so clearly.
Any one know if Lopini Paea is off contract, we could do with him ! !

TBH that gravely concerns me if the players think his performance was something to aspire to. Fui was 10 times better.

Although I don't think the team was awful. We lost it in the halves without a doubt.

we, as usual looked flat, unfit, a step behind the opposition and lacked any attacking and goal line structure.

I'll agree to that, plus we look good taking the kick offs; nice straight line, looks really pretty.
